Understand XO, choose an agent, and launch your first project.
This section takes you from a new account to a working agent. Follow the first four guides in order; each one prepares you for the next.
Launch Your First Agent
1. Learn the Core Concepts
Understand the difference between an XO project, its workspace machine, the agent running inside it, and the agent's own work directories.
2. Choose an Agent
Pick OpenClaw, Claude Code, Hermes, or XO Cowork based on how and where you want to work.
3. Create an Account
Sign up, choose a username, and select a plan. Takes under 2 minutes.
4. Launch Your First Agent
Create the project from your chosen template, wait for the workspace, and complete a first test.
Configure and Operate
Once your agent is live, connect optional services and learn the controls you will use day to day.
Configure Your Agent
Connect models, data sources, and messaging channels from the Setup tab.
Manage Your Workspace Machine
Monitor services and resources, open your agent, and stop or restart the workspace.
Use the Browser IDE
Open code-server and run workspace commands without installing a local editor.
Share Your Project
Grant or revoke a collaborator's access by email.
